Sweden and Israel announced recently a new initiative within EUREKA with the purpose of promoting bilateral EUREKA projects between Israeli and Swedish Life science companies. The objective of this new call for joint R&D project is to stimulate generation of EUREKA projects with joint participation from the two countries and thereby increase the number of successful EUREKA projects.
It is mainly focused on promoting Individual EUREKA & Eurostars projects in Life Sciences however, according to EUREKA regulations, project proposals in other thematic fields will also be considered. Project participants can be funded through the national programs managed by respectively: the Office of the Chief Scientist (OCS) in Israel and VINNOVA in Sweden.
The call is managed and implemented in the framework of EUREKA. The deadline for submissions is 15 July 2010.
